We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote, 24/7 call center. Paid training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone and chat in Spanish and English
- Answer questions and provide support in a professional manner
- Help with basic troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices)
- Document interactions and follow procedures
- Escalate more complex issues as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
- Must live in New York or Florida
- Reliable internet, updated laptop or desktop and quiet workspace
Pay & Schedule:
- $17–18/hour + overtime
- Paid training
Shift 1 (Confirmed):
- Saturday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift 2 (Anticipated):
- Friday – Sunday + 2 weekdays (Mon–Thurs)
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
