We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote, 24/7 call center. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by phone and chat in Spanish and English
  • Answer questions and provide support in a professional manner
  • Help with basic troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices)
  • Document interactions and follow procedures
  • Escalate more complex issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
  • Must live in New York or Florida
  • Reliable internet, updated laptop or desktop and quiet workspace

Pay & Schedule:

  • $17–18/hour + overtime
  • Paid training

Shift 1 (Confirmed):

  • Saturday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift 2 (Anticipated):

  • Friday – Sunday + 2 weekdays (Mon–Thurs)
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
